I’m anthony, an experienced Airbnb Superhost with a top property in the Banner Elk/Boone submarket called The Muse and understand both sides of the equation, guest expectations and owner priorities.
After launching my own short-term rental after Helene and becoming a top 1% listing in my market, I saw a gap: owners were paying premium fees to national managers for terrible service.
With a background in corporate banking, I’m a nerd with numbers (and any interesting topic really), and love connecting with people. Hospitality and all of the fun & interesting stories that come with it have become part of my day to day.
I will never try to be the biggest manager in the market, and instead aim to be the best co-host for a small and select group of owners.
I live in Asheville, NC and treat each and every property as if it were my own.
